1 lb. cooked crumbled sausage
3 cups grated (Cheddar, Monterey Jack or a mix of grated cheese)
1 cup Ranch dressing
1 small can olives
½ cup chopped red or green pepper
48 fresh or frozen won ton wrappers
vegetable oil
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. After cooking sausage, drain sausage well. Combine sausage, cheese, salad dressing, olives and pepper. Generously spray a mini muffin tin with cooking spray, press 1 won ton wrapper into each cup. Brush with oil and bake 5 minutes until golden. Remove from oven, fill won ton cups with sausage mixture and place back in oven for about 5 minutes or until bubbly.
