1 head lettuce, finely chopped
1 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. green pepper, diced
1/2 c. onion, diced
4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
10 oz. frozen peas
8 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
10 slices bacon, crumbled
2 c. mayonnaise or Miracle Whip combined with 2 tbsp. sugar

Layer ingredients in order listed in a 9 x 9 inch dish. Refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight before serving.
