⅓ cup brown sugar
1 tbsp chili powder
1 (1.5-lb) pork tenderloin, silverskin removed
5 to 6 slices bacon, uncooked

Directions:
Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 425ºF. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and top with cooking rack.

2) In a shallow dish, combine brown sugar and chili powder.

3) Wrap bacon around pork tenderloin, securing with toothpicks if necessary.

4) Coat bacon wrapped pork tenderloin with the brown sugar and chili powder mixture. Place on baking sheet.

5) Bake for 25 minutes. Place under broiler for 2 to 3 minutes to crips up bacon, if desired.
