1/2 c butter
1 1/2 c oil
1/2 c garlic cloves (pealed)
3 (2oz) cans anchovies

Assorted Vegetables and Meats:
Mushrooms savoy or Chinese cabbage
Green pepper
Celery
Green onions
Cauliflower

French Bread

Directions:
Directions:
Put butter and oil in pan and melt. Add garlic and cook them until they are brown. Add anchovies, cook till they are broke up.

Cook this outside in a large electric fry pan. And when ready throw veggies in
Until they are cooked.
Take a slice of French bread and pit cooked veggies on top.
