RICE:
2 c uncooked long grain white rice
1 Tbs dry onion flakes
1 cube butter
6 chicken bouillon cubes
6 c water

Follow directions below

Directions:
In frying pan, combine rice onions and butter. Stir until butter is melted and rice and onions are lightly browned.
( lightly browned is the key, they darken really fast, so watch carefully )
Dissolve bouillon cubes in hit water. Combine rice and water in 9X13 casserole dish. Stir gently. Cover with foil .
Bake 350 for 1 hour

CHICKEN:
Chicken Breasts
Montreal chicken seasoning
Chicken Broth

Cover with foil
Bake 325 for 3 hours
Fork apart
