1 loaf French bread
1/4 c butter
1 lb lean ground beef
2 tbs minced onion
3/4 c catsup
1/2 c chopped ripe olives
1/2 lb mozzarella cheese sliced
Grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Bake 400 25 min

Split bread in half lengthwise
Spread with butter.
Combine beef, onion, Caruso and olives. Spread on bread. Arrange slices of cheese on top. Sprinkle with Parmesan
Slice to serve
