1 pound fresh beef
1 pound fresh pork
1 medium onion
4 raw potatoes, diced
2 carrots, diced if desired
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Dice meat. Cover with water. Simmer for 1 hour. When tender, add diced onion and potatoes. Season to taste. Cook until vegetables are done and stew is thickened.
