1- 2 lb. bag of country style frozen hash browns
1 can cream of mushroom soup
½ cup chopped onions
6 ounces sour cream
8 ounces grated cheddar cheese
1 stick melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, soup, onion, sour cream, and cheese in large bowl. Fold in potatoes. Salt and pepper to taste. Spread in a 13x9 baking pan sprayed with non stick cooking spray. Bake at 350º for about 30 minutes or until brown and bubbly. Add additional cheese on top if desired.
