1 c. canned sauerkraut
2 T. brown sugar
1/8 c. diced onion
1/8 c. diced celery
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sauerkraut, brown sugar, onion and celery; mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste. Place stuffing into cavity of duck and bake at 350ºF for 1 hour and 15 minutes. The duck should be slightly pink at this point. Cook approximately 30 minutes more at 350 degrees for a well done duck. Makes 1 serving.
