Ingredients:  
1 pkg (2 lb) frozen hash browns
1/2 cup butter
1 tsp salt
1 onion finely chopped
1 pint sour cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and cook in Crock pot 4 hours on high or 6-8 hrs on low
