1 medium large Potato
4 cups Water
1 tbsp Sugar
1 tbsp Salt
1-2 pkgs Dry Yeast

Directions:
Directions:
Break and soak yeast for 30 mins in ½ cup lukewarm water. Wash, slice and boil potato. Drain and save potato water. Mash potato; add water, sugar and salt. Cool mixture until lukewarm. Add soaked yeast. If necessary, add lukewarm water to 4 cups. Cover and keep in warm place for 12 hrs or longer after which yeast could be used.
