2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. flour

2 pounds stew meat
4 carrots
2 large onions
1 cup sliced celery
1 clove garlic
1/4 tsp.pepper
1/4 tsp. marjorum
1/4 tsp. thyme

1 cup dry red wine
1 cup sliced mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
combine flour and soy sauce. Stir in meat covereing with mixture
add other ingredients except mushrooms

cook one hour covered - then add mushrooms and cook two hours more - covered

Cook at 350 degrees
