5 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 1/4 c brown sugar
1/2 c cold coffee
1 c mini chocolate chips
1 tsp cinnamon
2 eggs
1 c oil
1 c chopped nuts
confectionary sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Make a well in the center.
Put in eggs, oil and coffee. Blend well.
Add nuts and chocolate chips. Mix well.
Shape into 3/4" balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 375º for 15 to 18 minutes.
While hot roll in confectonary sugar.
