1 stick butter softned
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
1 cup sour cream
1½ Tablespoon Oil

Topping
¾ cup brown sugar
3 teaspoon Cinnamon

Directions:
Mix butter, sugar, eggs, flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, sour cream and oil. Stir well.
Put half batter into greased pan. I sometimes use a bundt pan,or square pan. 9x13 makes a very skinny cake.
Mix together the brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle half , then do another layer of main ingredients. Top with another sprinkle of the toping mix.
Bake at 350º for 35-40 minutes until the toothpick comes out clean.
