Ingredients: -2 tsp. salt -2 tsp. red-pepper -3 tsp. oil -1 cabbage, chopped -1/2 long carrot, chopped -2 spring onion, chopped -1/2 green pepper, chopped -1 onion, chopped -1 ginger/according to taste, chopped -4 tbsp/according to taste, soy sauce -4 tbsp/according to taste, green chili sauce -2 tbsp/according to taste, ketchup -Hakka noodle pack

Directions:1. Chop cabbage, onion, carrot, capsicum, spring onion, and ginger into long strips. 2. Boil the noodles in a pan till it starts to simmer. When the noodles start to become a little sticky, drain the excess water and rinse them in cold water. Note: While cooking the vegetables next, add salt and some oil to the boiled noodles, so they don’t stick to the pan in the meantime. 3. In a separate pan, heat about 3 teaspoons of oil. Add all the vegetables to the pan. Saute them well and add soy sauce, green chili sauce, and ketchup. 4. When the vegetables look 3/4th cooked, add the boiled noodles to them and mix them well. |
