Directions:
Directions:
1. Chop cabbage, onion, carrot, capsicum, spring onion, and ginger into long strips.
2. Boil the noodles in a pan till it starts to simmer. When the noodles start to become a little sticky, drain the excess water and rinse them in cold water. Note: While cooking the vegetables next, add salt and some oil to the boiled noodles, so they don’t stick to the pan in the meantime.
3. In a separate pan, heat about 3 teaspoons of oil. Add all the vegetables to the pan. Saute them well and add soy sauce, green chili sauce, and ketchup.
4. When the vegetables look 3/4th cooked, add the boiled noodles to them and mix them well.

Our favorite way to eat them is along with jamun juice (an often overlooked delicious beverage in Indian stores). The fruit "jamun" in Hindi is often known as "Java plum" or "Indian blackberry" in English, and it is highly nutritious.
