4 baked pie crusts (cooled)
8 sticks butter
1 (1 lb) bag brown sugar
1 bag semisweet chocolate chips
2 cans sweetened condensed milk
1 large container peanut butter
1 (48 oz) container cool whip
2 cups chopped dry roasted peanuts

Directions:

Cook and stir over medium heat until melted and combined; 8 sticks butter and bag of brown sugar. Cool in fridge stirring occasionally-about 20 minutes. While cooling brown sugar mixture; melt chocolate chips and 2 cans sweetened condensed milk in microwave. Pour about 1/4 cup into bottom of pie shells. Once mixed let cool. (You will have some left over for topping.
Add 1 large container of peanut butter into mixer; add brown sugar mixture and blend well together.
In a very large bowl fold in 48 oz cool whip into the peanut butter mixture. Fill pie shells very well. Fridge overnight or several hours. Re-melt chocolate mixture (don't let it get too warm--will melt peanut. Spoon on top of pies. Store in fridge or freezer. Top with cool whip and chopped dry roasted nuts
