Tie bacon strips in double knots and place on wire rack set on a foil covered baking sheet. Can sprinkle with onion powder before baking if desired. Bake at 425* for 12 minutes, remove and sprinkle on a little Parmesan cheese and stick back in the oven for 8 minutes.

If making twisty bacon just bake for a total of 17 minutes at 450*.
