1 T butter
4 eggs
8 oz. cream cheese (room temp)
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan
1 T onion flakes
1/2 cup bacon bits
lots of leftover meats, chopped
1 t. Italian seasoning
hot sauce (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in skillet and add bacon bits plus other meats to heat and crisp up bacon.
Beat eggs with cream cheese until incorporated. Add the parmesan, onion flakes, cheese, hot sauce, Italian seasoning.
Fold in the meats. Put in muffin tins and bake.
Jumbo muffins 425* for 15 minutes
Regular muffins 350* for 25 minutes

Can freeze these for a grab and go option.
