Ingredients: 10 Eggs
1 1/2 C Heavy Cream
2 C Grated cheeses (start with Gouda and Swiss, then get creative
1 C Bacon Bits (also add in additional cup of left over chopped up meats you have in fridge)
2 Tbsp dehydrated Onion Bits
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 T dried Mustard powder
1/2 Tbsp dried Parsley (Optional add in additional preferred spices like Italian blend etc)

Directions: |
Directions:Mix above ingredients together, poor into buttered pie dish
OPTIONAL:
Line pie baking dish with prosciutto or salami or other thin sliced meats first before pouring mixture in
Bake 350 for 40 minutes for 9" pie dish
Can also use rectangular baking dish and cut into squares
You will have to adjust baking time depending on size of dish, bake until toothpick in center comes out clean |

Notes: I love doing a taco variation of this with adding a cup of ground beef seasoned with Primal Palate organic taco seasoning (Link below) and using cheddar and jalapeņo jack cheeses
Add in a cup of ground lamb or leftover chopped lamb seasoned with the Primal Palate Super Gyro seasoning (Link below) and substitute 1/2 C of the cheese to be feta.....
OR....
How about a BBQ Quiche???
Add in a cup of smoked brisket seasoned with some bbq spices and use sharp cheddar for 1 Cup of the cheese
