1 box yellow cake mix - Bake according to directions in 3 round cake pans.

7 Minute Frosting -
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 T. light corn syrup
6 large egg whites
1 T. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Bake cake according to directions on box in 3 round cake pans.

In glass bowl, sitting over a pan of simmering water, combine sugar, corn syrup, 1/4 c. water and egg whites. Whisk until mixture registers 160 degrees on an instant-read thermometer, about 2 minutes. Mix with electric mixer for about 7 minutes or until stiff peaks form.

Frost first cake and layer sliced bananas. Use toothpicks to hold in place and continue to layer cakes, frosting and bananas. Do not put bananas on top layer. Frost the rest of the cake.
