1 lb box of elbow macaroni
1 large green pepper
1 large onion
4 ribs of celery
2 medium size carrots, peeled
Salt to taste
3 tbsp Miracle Whip (more it needed after salad has been refrigerated)

Cook macaroni to al dente. Drain. Do not rinse.

While macaroni is cooling, cut green pepper, onion, celery and carrots into bite size pieces.

Add vegetables to macaroni and salt to taste.

Gently toss with 3 tablespoons of Miracle Whip.

Cover and refrigerate.

Before serving, check to see if more Miracle Whip is needed and add accordingly.
