1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon crushed dried red pepper
1/2 teaspoon instant minced garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon cumin

Directions:
Directions:
Brown 1 pound ground beef; drain. Combine above ingredients ; add 3/4 cup water. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
