½ cup oil
2 cups sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 ¼ cups flour
4 squares cocolate
4 eggs
½ tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
Powdered sugar to roll cookies in.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix oil, sugar, and melted chocolate. Blend in eggs one at a time until well-mixed. Add vanilla and stir in dry ingredients. Chill several hours. Drop teaspoon of dough, form into a roll ball then roll dough in powdered sugar. Bake 10-12 minutes at 375º. Do not over bake!
