3 oz. pkg. Lime Gelatin
1 c. Boiling Water
1 c. Evaporated Milk
1 c. Cottage cheese
1 can Pineapple, crushed (well drained)
½ c. Mayonnaise
¼ c. Celery, Chopped
¼ c. Chopped Nuts (optional)

Directions:
Dissolve gelatin in water. Stir in remaining ingredients and pour into mold. Chill until firm.
