2 c. Flour
2 sticks Butter, melted
1 c. Walnuts -or- Pecans
2 tbsp. Sugar
12 oz. Cool Whip
8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
1 c. Sugar
2 small Instant Pudding Mix **See note below**
3 c. Milk
Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, butter, walnuts and 2 tbsp. sugar. Press into a 9x13 baking pan and bake at 375º for 15 minutes. Cream 1 c. sugar and cream cheese. Add 1-2 cups of cool whip, spread on cooled crust. Mix pudding and milk together. Pour over cream cheese layer. Let set. Top with remaining cool whip.

**Pudding Suggestions**
Lemon, Butterscotch, Chocolate, Vanilla, Pistachio or Coconut (add more coconut)
