Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2½ lbs. Chocolate Chips
22 oz. Egg yolks
1 c. Lukewarm Water
1¼ c. Orange Liqueur
2½ qt. Nutrifil, Rich's Whip Topping or another Non-Dairy Whip Cream
1 lb. Egg Whites
10 oz. Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate over low heat. Combine egg yolks and water in double boiler. Beat until slightly thick. Add liqueur and heat until thick and creamy yellow. Remove from heat and combine chocolate and egg yolk . Whip the Nutrifil and add to chocolate mix. Beat egg whites and add sugar whipping until stiff peaks form. Fold egg whites into chocolate mixture.
**Nutrifil-- this is a whipped bream base, you whip it and it is a very stiff whipped cream. I know you can purchase a similar product at Gordon Food Service. It's called Rich's Whip Topping. **Note** You don't want to get the prepared type, you want the liquid that you have to whip yourself.
