8 cups sugar
¾ cocoa
1 lb butter
2 cups milk
½ salt
2 cups peanut butter
2 quart oats
4 tsp. vanilla
Coconut, raisins, nuts maybe be added

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and bring to full rolling boil for 1 minute, the sugar, cocoa, butter, milk and salt. Add peanut butter, oats, vanilla. Fold in coconut, raisins and nuts if desired. Drop by teaspoons on waxed paper.

Grandma B worked at the Central School as a lunch lady while her children were going to school there. We thought it was pretty cool to get to see her every day.
