Frozen peaches
lemon juice
brown sugar
bunch of mint
simple syrup

Directions:
Prepare peaches: take 8 slices frozen peaches per drink and put on baking sheet. Sprinkle with lemon juice and then sprinkle with brown sugar. Broil for 5 minutes on high.

Add 8 slices of prepared peaches to glass. Add 10 mint leaves and 1 teaspoon of simple syrup. Muddle.

Add crushed ice to brim and pour 1.5 oz. of Bourbon over top.

Garnish with peach slice.

Can add a bit of water if needed. Serve with coffee spoon to eat the peachy goodness!
