Banana Pudding Recipe

Bananas

½ c. Flour
1½ c. Sugar
pinch Salt
4 Eggs, separated
4 c. Milk
4 tbsp. Butter
2 tsp. Vanilla

**Meringue**
½ c. Sugar
¼ tsp. Cream of Tartar
Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan combine sugar, flour and salt. Add egg yolks and milk. Cook until thick. Remove from heat then add butter and vanilla.
Put a layer of bananas then pudding. End with pudding on top. Cover with Meringue.

**Meringue**
Take egg whites and beat with a mixer until firm. Add in ½ c. sugar and cream of tartar. Beat until stiff peaks form. Put meringue on top of pudding and brown in a 400º oven.
