2 Baked Pie Crusts
2 tbsp. Flour
½ c. Sugar
1 can - 20 oz. Crushed Pineapple
3 Bananas
½ c. Pecans, broken
Whipped Cream
Coconut
Directions:
Directions:
Bring flour, sugar and pineapple to a boil, then cool. Cut bananas, place on bottom of pie crusts. Sprinkle with pecans. Pour cooled pineapple mixture over bananas. Just before serving top with whipped cream and coconut.
