1 Pie Shell, unbaked
1 c. Pumpkin
¾ c. Sugar
1 tbsp. Flour
Salt
½ tsp. Cinnamon
2 Eggs, separated
½ c. Heaving Whipping Cream
1½ c. Whole Milk
¼ c. Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all but egg whites together. Beat the whites and add last with the melted butter. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 425º for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 325º continue baking 20 minutes or longer. Forms a meringue on top.
