3 c. Flour
1 Egg
5 tbsp. Water
1½ tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Vinegar
1 c. Shortening , or 1 c. Lard
Directions:
Directions:
Blend flour, salt and shortening. Beat egg with a fork, then add to the water and vinegar. Add the egg mixture to the flour. Mix together. Let stand a few minutes then roll out.
