5 tbsp. Cornstarch
2 c. Sugar
1 pint Heavy Whipping Cream
1 pint Half and Half
1 stick Butter
2 Unbaked Pie Shells
Cinnamon
Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
In a heavy pot, mix cornstarch and sugar. Moisten with cream. Set aside. Melt butter and add to sugar mixture, mix well. Add the rest of the heavy cream and half and half. Cook over medium heat until mixture gets thicker. Pour into 2 - 9 inch unbaked pie shells. Sprinkle top with cinnamon and vanilla. Bake for 1 hour. Pies will not be firm, they will firm up when they cool.
