1 leftover Hambone from Easter, Christmas, etc...
2 chopped onions
5 cloves garlic
1 jalapeño
1 lb. fresh broccoli or 2 packages frozen
3 potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Put hambone in pot big enough to cover with water add whatever seasonings, herbs, and veggies to make and simmer an hour to make ham broth. Take bone and all ham bits out then strain broth to remove everything else. Add enough water to this to make 8 cups of broth.
