1 (15 oz) can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
2 medium garlic cloves pressed or finely minced
¾ tsp salt
pinch cayenne pepper
3 Tbls from juice of a large lemon
¼ Cup tahini
¼ Cup extra virgin olive oil
¼ Cup of water

Directions:
Process until smooth, around 40 seconds. Transfer into a serving bowl, and chill at least 30 minutes, serve cold. Can be refrigerated up to 2 days.
