1 Baked Pie Crust, cooled
1 Lemon, juiced and zested
1 Orange, juiced & pulped
3 Egg Yolks
4 tbsp. Cornstarch
1⅛ c. Sugar
½ tsp. Salt
2 tbsp. Butter
1½ c. Water

**for Meringue**
6 tbsp. Sugar
3 Egg Whites

Directions:
Directions:
Cook above ingredients in a double boiler until thick. Allow to cool and pour into a cooled pie crust. Top with meringue made from the 3 egg whites and 6 tbsp. sugar. Put into warm oven and brown.
