Directions:
Boil water (enough to cover eggs) then use spoon to lower eggs. (Cold eggs). Lower heat to simmer. Set timer:
4 min jammy eggs
5 min firm white with runny yolks
6 min gooey yolk
8 min fully set yolk but gooey
10 min bit of soft yolk
12 min hard boiled yolk
14 min crumbly and dry yolk

Transfer to ice bath to stop cooking

To peel: roll egg on hard surface to begin cracks. Then peel.
To steam eggs. Use steamer basket 1 inch water. Steam high heat 6 min for soft 12 for hard. Serve hot or ice bath 15 min before peel
