1½ c. Sugar
4 c. Heavy Whipping Cream
¼ c. Vanilla
3 cans Sweetened Condensed Milk
½ tsp. Salt
Whole Milk (about 2 quarts)

Directions:
Beat eggs, add sugar and vanilla. Add in sweetened condensed milk and salt. Mix well. Add in heavy whipping cream. Pour into 6qt ice cream freezer. Add whole milk to just past the top of the beaters. Freeze as directed by manufacturer.

**Strawberry Ice Cream**
Puree 5½ cups strawberries. Run through sieve to remove seeds. Add sugar to taste. Add puree to ice cream mix before adding whole milk.
