1 T. butter
1 small green pepper
1/4 c. red onion, chopped
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can cream-style corn
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 T. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 c. sour cream
1 box corn muffin mix

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté green pepper and onion in 1 tablespoon butter over low heat; remove from heat. In a medium bowl, combine all remaining ingredients together and mix until well blended. Turn into baking dish and bake at 375ºF for 50-60 minutes.
