2 tbsp. Sugar
1 oz. Butter
2 Bananas, cut in half then lengthwise in half
1½ oz. Dark Rum
1½ oz. Banana Liqueur
½ tsp. Cinnamon/Sugar
8 oz. Vanilla Ice Cream

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet, caramelize butter and sugar lightly. Add bananas and coat with the caramel. Remove pan from heat and add rum. Flame, then add cinnamon and sugar. Lower flame and remove from heat. Add banana liqueur. Reduce to a glaze. Serve over ice cream.
