3 c. Brown Sugar
1 c. Dry Milk
3 c. Flour
1 c. Quick Rolled Oats
2 tbsp. Cinnamon
tsp. Salt
lb. Butter, room temp.

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, dry milk, flour, oats, cinnamon and salt. Work in butter to make a crumbly mixture. Use as needed, store remainder in refrigerator or freezer. This will keep a long time.

**I usually omit the dry milk. (Emily)**
