1 c. Sugar
½ c. Brown Sugar
⅔ c. Cocoa Powder
3 tbsp. Corn Syrup
1 c. Heavy Whipping Cream
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugars and cocoa together. Add corn syrup and heavy whipping cream. Cook until it reaches 213ºF or 100ºC.
