1 dozen eggs
1 cup grated cheese
1 ½ cups milk
1 ½ lb. sausage browned, can use bacon or ham also
1 cup mushroom soup mixed with ¼ cup milk
1 can mushrooms drained
6-7 slices of bread
¾ tsp dry mustard
1 bell pepper, chopped
¼ to ½ cup chopped onions

Directions:

Butter 9x13 pan. Cover bottom with bread slices. Sprinkle with sausage, cheese, onions, peppers, and mushrooms. Mix together milk and soup, eggs, and dry mustard. Pour over bread. Cover and refrigerate overnight, or at least several hours. Bake at 300º for 1½ hour or 350º for 1 hour.
