1/4 C butter unsalted
1.5 C whipping cream
2 t vanilla extract
2 T instant espresso
4 C dark chocolate chips (callebaut or such)

In bowl, add chocolate chips and espresso.

In medium pot, simmer the butter and whipping cream until small bubbles appear but do not boil.

Add vanilla and remove from heat. Pour this over the chocolate and stir until smooth.

Pour the mixture into prepared loaf pan or small ramekins. Garnish with candied hazelnuts and berries.
