Crumb Mixture:
2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 cups oats
1 1/4 cups butter soft
Filling:
1 21 ounce can cherry pie filling
1 teaspoon almond extract
Glaze:
1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
1 tablespoon shortening

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. In large mixing bowl combine all crumb ingredients. Beat at low speed scraping bowl often until mixture is crumbly. Reserve 1/2 crumb mixture. Press remaining in bottom of 13 x 9 pan. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until edges are very slightly browned. Mix fruit filling and almond extract. Spread over warm crust. Sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture. Bake 27 to 32 minutes or until slightly browned. In sauce pan melt chocolate and shortening over low heat stirring occasionally. Drizzle over bars. Cool completely. Cut! Eat!
