10 eggs
2 1/4 cups milk
1 1/2 tsp. ground mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1 lb. bulk sausage, cooked and drained(Jimmy Dean)
2 cups cubed white bread
1 1/2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese(6oz)

In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs, milk, mustard and salt for one minute. Stir in the sausage, bread cubes and cheese. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove from refrigerator 30 min. before baking. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees, for 30-40 min., or until a knife inserted in the center, comes out clean. Allow to stand for 10 min. before serving.

Tips: I will also sub. 2 cups of cubed ham, instead of the sausage, in this recipe. This usually takes about 45 min. to bake for me. I do insert a table knife into the center of the egg bake. If it comes out clean, I remove it from the oven and allow it to set for 10 min. before serving. This is always a favorite.
