1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon lard
[1/4 cup sweet milk]

FILLING
1 pound cottage cheese-put through a ricer
1 cup sugar
3 egg yolks-BEATEN
rind of one lemon
1 1/4 tablespoon flour
1 1/4 cups milk
3 egg whites-BEATEN
[cinnamon]
[butter]
Directions:
Directions:
CRUST
make like pied crust.
Add 1/4 cup sweet milk
Roll out and press down in a coffee cake tin-lining the sides up 3/4"

FILLING
Add egg whites beaten lastly
Stir mixture and pour into pan
Sprinkle with cinnamon and dot with butter
Bake in oven at 350º for 45 minutes
