1 cup butter

3/4 cup sugar

3 egg yolks

1 tsp. almond extract

2 3/4 cup cake flour

1/4 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. baking powder

Directions:
Work shortening until light. Add beaten egg yolks & flavoring.

Beat until smooth.

Add flour sifted with other dry ingredients.

Mold cookies with cookie press into desired shapes.

Bake at 375 for 12 to 15 minutes.
