1 box Yellow Cake Mix
1 Egg
1 stick Butter, room temp.
8 oz. Cream Cheese, room temp.
1 lb. Powdered Sugar (take out 2 tbsp. and set aside)
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 Eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake mix with 1 egg and butter. Put in bottom of 9x13 cake pan. Beat cream cheese, and powdered sugar. Add vanilla and the 2 additional eggs. Pour on top. Bake at 350º for 35 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining 2 tbsp. powdered sugar.
