12 c. flour
4 c. lard
2 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1 ⅓ c. ice water

Cut lard into flour and salt until crumbs form. Beat eggs, add water and vinegar. Form a flat ball. Flour a board and roll out. Place in pie pans and crimp edges.

Grandma put extra crusts in the freezer with plastic or wax paper between each crust. Keep in a tightly closed plastic bag.
